In other news, I had my toenail removed (without anaesthetic) on Wednesday, and ouch. I wonder if I will ever be able to sleep again.

And I deplore the Jo and Dean show. Please please can we lose the cliche female and go back to the Sam and Dean show? I missed Sam so much in this episode that I found myself wanting to spork the apalling Jo, who behaves kinda like a 12 year old princess.

Please let's see more Ellen, less Jo and bring pretty Sam back. Lovely as Dean is, he already raised one kid. He really doesn't need to raise another.

The doc reckons that it was so swollen that an injection would hurt just as much. It was mercifully fast, but hurt like whoa! And I still have to have surgery for it in about a month when the infection is (hopefully) gone.

1) smart quotes are the SUCK !!!

2) I hated Jo in the one ep I've seen her in (so far) and loved Ellen....if they are going to make it all about JO I shall SPORK KRIPKE big time and then spork her too.

3) Totally agree, Dean's been a daddy in all but name and if he is to have a female companion (splllrffttf) she needs to be as kick ass as he is - and as Sam is. Ellen would get my vote *eg*

I like Ellen too. I think she would be far more able to handle Dean than miss Teenybopper, although having said that, the Jo character wouldn't make me so mad, if they hadn't blatantly put her into the Sammy role. Okay, so Jared was under the weather, poor baby, but even so. Give her a role that is hers, not Sam's, and I'll feel less like inserting plastic cutlery into her.

Well, you'll see. The disk is burned. First six eps and a special treat on it.
