First of all, Sam's eyes turned black while he was offing Lillith, and good riddance to bad rubbish! He seemed to be horrified when Ruby told him what he'd achieved, and he certainly took part in the Ruby sandwich, but then...
Dean was all about the, "Come on, Sammy, let's blow this popsicle stand," and Sam stopped. He didn't move. He said, "He is coming," and he fucking smiled.
So... Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me I didn't see that.
